Context
Project Mosaic kicked off on March 22, 2023, a month after I joined Jump Platforms. My active phase ran through August 8, 2023.
Problem
An enterprise product needs a domain someone can build against. Users, the objects the system has to understand, and stories a squad can estimate. Without that, the roadmap is a pile of meeting notes.
Approach
I led the requirements and the domain foundation. That is user stories and domain requirements for the enterprise product. Later product work had something specific to stand on. I treat Mosaic as that foundation. I do not treat it as the moment the entire roadmap was decided.
Outcome
The outcome I can publish is the foundation itself: a written domain, in that dated window. There is no cleared performance metric for Mosaic on this site.
Role
In that window my title was Director of Implementation. The title I use now in public is Director of Product, Enterprise AI Strategy. The Mosaic dates are the requirements chapter, not a second employer.
